Our proprietary telemetry collects and transmits an array of electrical and mechanical data to our Tactical Operations Center in Loveland, Colorado. There, the data is monitored and analyzed around the clock by our team of customer support specialists who, in coordination with field service personnel, use it to initiate preventive actions, diagnose error conditions, and, when necessary, respond to equipment shutdowns.
